After a long time of use, the die will inevitably not be passivated, and the failure to sharpen after passivation will also cause damage to the precision die-casting die for a long time, which will reduce the service life of the die. If the precision die-casting manufacturer finds that the workpiece has excessive burr or abnormal noise during stamping, it may be the passivation of the die. At this time, it is necessary to use the correct grinding method to grind.

3、 Try to avoid punching too narrow strips:

When the die is used to cut the plate whose width is less than the thickness of the plate, the punch will be bent and deformed due to the action of lateral force, and the clearance on one side will also be too small or the wear will be intensified. In more serious cases, the lower die will be scratched and the upper and lower dies will be damaged at the same time.
